Easter souvenir can be easily and quickly made with your own hands. It will take some materials that are easy to find in every home. In just a few minutes, you will get a unique, beautiful and practical gift: a serving napkin for a festive table.
Materials:
• Napkins (paper with a picture).
• PVA glue.
• Scissors.
• Canvas or plain cotton.
• Iron.
• Parchment paper.

There are usually several pictures on napkins, for a start we cut out a motive or a few.

For the master class, 2 pictures were used: one with chicken, the other with Christian symbols (bowl, Bible).

The next step: to adjust the material to the size of the picture. To do this, we apply the cutout motif to the canvas.

Even if the napkin is slightly wrinkled, this is not a hindrance, at the final stage everything will be smoothed out.

Working with the canvas is very simple - we cut out a quadrangle of the required size, nothing needs to be marked out.

If the canvas is frowning around the edges, it is worth cutting off a bit with a margin, to then clean the untidy ends.

The napkin should be set aside, and the canvas should be placed on the rug for needlework, or on another surface that does not absorb glue. We glue PVA evenly to cover the surface of the material without leaving gaps.

Leave the glue to dry for a few minutes, at this time turn on the iron and let it warm up. Set the maximum temperature and turn off the steam mode.

Take the drawing, gently attach it to the fabric soaked in glue.

On top is a layer of parchment that protects the napkin and does not allow it to stick to the hot iron.

Iron the napkin, it usually takes 2-3 minutes.

Gently lift the parchment from the corner. It should move freely, if glued, you need to hold a hot iron on it a little longer.

The napkin can be bent in corners, this defect is easy to fix. Place a napkin in a large book, or put it under oppression.

If at the edges the picture stuck unevenly, you can crop it, the picture will not go away.

The shape of the napkin does not have to be quadrangular; you can make it round.
You can cover the finished completely dried napkin with acrylic varnish - then it is not afraid of any pollution and humidity.
