Ferromagnetic fluid

Ferromagnetic fluid - liquid strongly polarized in the presence of a magnetic field. In other words, when an ordinary magnet approaches this fluid, it begins to make certain movements: it jumps up like a hedgehog, sticks to a magnet, and rises with its hump.
This ferromagnetic fluid is quite simple to do at home.
To do this, we need oil (motor or sunflower or other) and toner (powder) for the laser printer.
All these two ingredients need to be mixed by eye until a thick sour cream.
For the best effect, you can warm in a water bath, stirring for 20-30 minutes.
But note - not every toner for a printer is good to magnetize. Accordingly, you need to take the best.
All! Is it simply not true?
