You can make a handicraft that would bring joy from household things and objects. The result will be stunning. An unusual home-made toy can amuse a company on a holiday, take a child, arrange a competition. We will make a folk toy hummer. Why such a name? It is responsible for itself. If it is put into action, untwisted, it will make a buzzing sound, hypnotizing everyone.
You can make two options for buzzers - from a stick (Finno-Finnish) or from a button (Russian).
Option number 1
We take a twig of birch with a diameter of about 1.2 - 1.3 cm. Carefully cut the ends on both sides with a sharp knife (or sawed with a jigsaw) so that about 7 cm are left in length - a small log.
With a drill with a thin drill, we drill through holes outlined in the center of the stick - 2 holes (or pierce with a sharp object). A small distance should remain between the holes - 2 - 3 mm.
Next, you need a strong twisted rope (a round silk lace is suitable) - 120 - 125 cm. We pass it through the holes so that loops form from the left and right ends.
We tie the rope. The buzzing turned out.
It must be put into action. And if you can’t immediately buzz, then get used to it. The rope during spinning should not sag, but would be in constant tension, and then the buzz will be one hundred percent.
Option number 2
In Russian culture, a button not only performed the main function of fastening, a talisman, but from it one could make a lot of buzzers - big ones, smaller ones.
Take a button, thread through it a stern, strong knitting twisted thread or reinforced. However, the thread should not be too long, because it will be confused, interfere, but also not short (you can not unwind). Tie the ends in a knot.
Done, proceed to new fun. We begin to hum, develop the strength of our hands, compete with husband, wife, friends, children.
And each buzz will have its own unique voice.
