Lemon Pudding with Cherry


This delicious meal is quick and easy to prepare. It will take 200 grams of sour cream, wheat flour 4 tablespoons, 4 eggs, 100 grams of sugar, a tablespoon of butter, a lemon peel with one lemon, 50-100 grams of fresh cherry, chocolate for serving.
Flour and sugar should be mixed in sour cream.

Then bring the mixed ingredients to a boil, for which put the container with the mixture on medium heat, and stirring constantly so that no lumps form in the mass.

Meanwhile, while the mass cools, you need to grate the lemon peel on a fine grater. Then separate the yolks from the proteins and beat the latter well.
Into the cooled mass, add the yolks, lemon peel and whipped whites.

Put the prepared mass in a form, any, you can even portioned molds. Pre-grease the form with butter. Pudding is baked in the oven at an average temperature of 30-40 minutes.
It can be served warm or cold, garnished with fresh cherries (in this case, frozen berries were used) and chocolate.
