Puff potatoes

Essential Ingredients:
Potato - 1 kilogram.
Chicken legs (you can use any meat) - 2.
Cheese - 200 grams.
Mayonnaise.
Onions - 2-3 large onions.
Salt.
Pepper.
Greenery.
It should be noted right away that you can use any meat that is in the refrigerator to cook puff potatoes. It can be pork, beef or chicken (fillet, chicken legs or chicken breasts). In our case there will be chicken legs.
Legs well washed and separate the meat from the bones. Cut the separated meat into small pieces. Peel the potatoes and cut into thin strips. Cut the onion rings. The more onions, the juicier the dish will be. We carefully rub the cheese on the largest grater. Any fresh cheese belonging to hard varieties is suitable for our recipe. Finely chop the greens.
Put the onions on a baking sheet and evenly distribute on the surface. Put chopped chicken legs on top. We fall asleep all chopped potatoes. Lubricate the potato layer with mayonnaise of any fat content. To do this, spread the mayonnaise on the potatoes and distribute with a large spoon over the entire surface. Well salt and a little pepper. The resulting layers are covered with cheese. Spread the greens on top. Greens can be both fresh and frozen.
Put the puff potatoes in a preheated oven. The baking temperature is 200 degrees. Duration of baking - 30 minutes.
