In this review, the author makes a simple home-made, which is useful in the home workshop. It is suitable for gluing wooden frames.
To make this device, you will need wooden blocks 20x50 mm, as well as eight furniture bolts with wing nuts.
First you will need to saw off four planks with a length of 300 millimeters.
Further, on each workpiece, stepping back from the edges by 15 mm, the author makes markings exactly in the center - marks the places for drilling holes (in 3 cm increments).
After that, it will be necessary to drill holes with a diameter of 8 mm in the workpieces.
The main stages of work
At the next stage of the work, two more planks with a length of 10 cm must be sawed off. From each edge exactly in the middle, the author notes 15 mm and drills holes with a diameter of 8 mm.
After that, you will need to saw off another four parts 65 mm long and make a triangular cut on the band saw. They also need to drill holes, backing 15 mm from the end.
Now all prepared parts need to be sanded. Then you can proceed directly to the assembly.
