In the process of working with the ladder, it is very convenient to use a makeshift tool holder. On it you can compactly place pliers, a screwdriver, a hammer, as well as other improvised tools. On hooks you can hang plastic buckets with a primer and paint.

You can make such a home-made stand with your own hands from available materials, which in most cases can be found at hand in a workshop or garage. This version of the aluminum stand is more suitable. But if desired, it can be adapted for wooden.

First of all, it is necessary to prepare two sections of the profile pipe: one 15x15 mm, the second - 40x20 mm. Using a grinder, it is necessary to cut two identical pieces of a length of 15 cm from a rectangular profile.

The main stages of work

In addition to a long profile pipe and two short pieces, other elements will be required: two pieces of a round pipe of different diameters and one piece of a rectangular section profile. Parts must be cleaned with an angle grinder from dirt and corrosion.

At the next stage of work, we weld all the blanks with each other. First you need to weld together sections of profile pipes (long in the middle, and short ones on the sides). Then, on one side of the stand, we weld the tool seats, and on the other, hooks for plastic buckets.

The step-by-step process of manufacturing a universal home-made tool stand when working from a ladder can be seen in the video on our website.
