To make a toy bow with a cartridge with your own hands, you will need affordable and inexpensive materials: cut PVC pipes with a diameter of 32 mm, elastic bands, a piece of plywood, fasteners, as well as pieces of a three-quarter or half-inch plastic pipe for making shells.
Having spent quite a bit of time and a minimum of materials for the manufacture of this simple homemade product, you will end up with a unique and very cool toy for home entertainment. Especially such a thing will appeal to children. From the tool you need only an electric drill and a building hair dryer.
The main stages of work
First of all, it is necessary to cut the plastic pipes to the size, then heat them with a construction hairdryer, put a piece of plywood on top and press to make a flat billet. It is not possible to warm the pipe well with an ordinary household hairdryer, so it is best to use a construction one for this.
In total, four flat blanks will be required to make a toy bow. You will also need to bend two "shoulders" from the pipe. We paint the prepared parts with spray paint. To make the bow look more original, you can paint its basic elements in different colors.
At the next stage of work, we mark and drill holes, and then proceed to the assembly of homemade toy onions. This will require fasteners in the form of bolts with nuts. To attach a transparent cartridge with shells, a T-shaped piece cut out of plywood is required.
