Rag doll Snow Maiden

Before the New Year, the stalls of shops selling Christmas toys, Christmas souvenirs and tinsel are decorated with soulless beauties Snow Maidens in identical brocade dresses and Chinese-made funny Santa Clauses that look like Santa Claus. Maybe it's time to remember the skill of our grandmothers who created dolls with their own hands? For example, according to the manufacturing technology of a rag doll-motanka, we propose to make a Snow Maiden.
What is required:
- synthetic winterizer;
- fabric of blue-blue scale;
- beads;
- threads.
Manufacture:
1 We take a synthetic winterizer and cut out a circle with a diameter of 25 cm (the size can be changed depending on the desired size of the finished doll).
2 We lay out on the table a fabric of two or three colors, combining with each other. For the Snow Maiden, it is better, of course, to choose a blue-blue gamut. We cut out circles from the fabric, with the diameter of each subsequent circle being less than the previous one by about 3 cm. The blanks for the multilayer dress are ready.
3 We roll a ball from a synthetic winterizer, put it in the center of a synthetic winterizer circle and grab it from all sides, so that we end up with the head of a future doll tied up with a rope under the balloon.
4 On top of the synthetic winterizer layer, in turn, apply layers of colored fabric, starting with a circle of a larger diameter. Each layer is also fastened with a thread in the area of ​​the "neck" of the Snow Maiden. The last should be a rectangle of white fabric - it will become the face of the doll, and from it we will form the sleeves.
5 Tie a head of tape or sewing on the head.
6 Sew the beads of the eyes and mouth. We embroider eyebrows and eyelashes.
7 Tie on a head a scarf from a triangle of fabric.
Rag doll Snow Maiden is ready! With a little patience, you can weave braids from woolen threads on your head and decorate them with a kokoshnik.
