Cake "Ginger"

Cake with this recipe is not at all difficult to bake, the main desire, patience and, of course, appetite.
For the test you will need:
- eggs 3 pieces;
- 200 grams of sugar;
- 3 cups flour;
- 1 tablespoon of honey with a hill;
- 1 small spoon of soda.
For cream:
- 2 packs of sour cream (total 500 ml);
- a pinch of vanillin;
- a glass of granulated sugar.
Since the dough needs to be prepared in a water bath, it is important to mix all the ingredients in a saucepan or in a thermo bowl.
Step 1. Drive 3 eggs into the pan, add granulated sugar. Whisk everything with a whisk or mixer, but not much, the main thing is that the protein mix with the yolk.

Step 2. Add honey to the egg mixture and put the pan in a water bath. To do this, pour water into another large saucepan, bring it to a boil, and put a saucepan with egg-honey mixture on top. Stir the mixture with a spoon until honey and sugar disappear.

Step 3. Then add soda and stir constantly. The volume of the mass should double.

Step 4. Then quickly add flour in handfuls and knead the dough until it has fallen.

Step 5. Divide the finished dough into 9 parts, 8 of them are cakes, and 9 are crust for crumbs.

Step 6. Each ball of dough is rolled into a layer, the thickness can be any, but not too thin, otherwise the cakes will turn out dry.

Step 7. Bake the cakes in a round shape.

Step 8. Next, let's move on to the cream. In a bowl, mix sugar and sour cream, then beat it to a lush consistency.

Step 9. We coat each cooled cake with cream.

Step 10. We put everything in a pile.

Step 11. Turn the ninth cake into crumbs (just knead the fingers).

Step 12. Sprinkle the finished cake with the resulting cake from the sides and top. Let the cake soak, it takes about 4-6 hours, depending on the amount of cream and the thickness of the cakes. Then we boldly treat our relatives with this simple but tasty cake. By the way, you can sprinkle chocolate chip up or decorate with fruit.
