Puffed rice


This is a very unusual treat, both in taste and in preparation. We need only two ingredients:
Necessary ingredients for cooking:
- A glass of two round selective and clean rice
Refined vegetable oil.
The process of making air rice:
1. Rice must be boiled for 20-25 minutes in a large amount of water. Rice should be a little digested, but its pictures should not stick together. Drain the water through a colander. Allow water to drain. Put rice on a paper towel or napkin and allow to dry.
2. Take a baking tray in the oven. We put parchment paper or baking paper on it. We spread our boiled rice in one layer and put in the oven for 1.5-2 hours at a temperature of 110-70 degrees Celsius. The rice should dry completely.
3. Next, take the pan. Pour a little vegetable oil into it so that the rice in it floats a little. We heat the pan with oil to a normal frying temperature but not to smoke the oil.
4. Lay our dry rice in small portions. Rice immediately begins to swell. Then we remove it and put it on napkins or a paper towel, let the excess oil drain and soak into the napkin.
