Cooking Popcorn at Home

Perhaps it is difficult to find the most popular delicacy especially among children, adolescents and youth (and adults are not averse to indulging them) than popcorn. As a rule, it is sold in parks and cinemas, in entertainment complexes, in a word, in places most traveled by people. It’s not so difficult to cook these dishes at home directly on your own stove, spending only a few minutes on this.

And you will need the following for making homemade popcorn:
vegetable oil (preferably refined),
corn grain (fortunately, there are plenty of it in stores),
icing sugar and salt,
pan (preferably non-stick) with a lid.

The cooking method is quite simple:
Pour vegetable oil into the pan (so as to close the bottom) and add one or two tablespoons of table grain (it depends on the diameter of the pan). Close the pan with a lid. Turn on a strong fire. Soon from under the cover sounds similar to pops will begin to be made. Upon the cessation of sounds, open the pan - the popcorn is ready.
It remains to shift the finished cereal in 2 bowls and sprinkle in one salt, and in the other with powdered sugar.

And do not run away somewhere to buy another portion of the adored goodies.
Bon Appetit!
