In this review, the master shares the idea of how, using improvised means, you can make a fairly powerful spotlight out of spotlights.

A home-made spotlight is useful in the workshop and garage, as well as in a private house or in the country.

First of all, from the profile pipe 20x20 mm (or another size) we cut three workpieces 120 cm long.

Then they will need to drill through holes with a diameter of 10 mm.

We connect all three workpieces with a piece of round bar. We lay the profile pipes one on top of the other and hammer the bar with a hammer.

Then it will be necessary to bend the bar a little, and in the end we get a tripod. It is necessary to fix the structure by welding.

The main stages of work

The master welds a previously made U-shaped part from a metal strip to the upper part of the tripod.

Next, you will need a spotlight housing, which will need to be welded to the U-shaped mount.

From a bolt and a steel rod, it is necessary to make a simple fixture for the position of the projector housing.

The assembled structure must be cleaned with a grinder, and then painted.

At the next stage, from a piece of chipboard (or plywood) with a thickness of 10-12 mm, it will be necessary to cut a circle with a diameter of 380 mm.

However, before cutting this circle, it will be necessary to make six identical holes in it with a diameter of 8 mm.

The final touch - and you're done

In the holes cut out in a circle, the author installs cartridges for spotlights and makes them parallel connection.

The author glues a piece of foil to the front of the board, which will work as a reflector.

Then it remains only to install the LED lights themselves and connect the cord with a plug.

By the way, in order to save money, you can use used or even non-working spotlights, having previously repaired them.
