Malka is a simple but very useful tool with which you can quickly mark and measure angles, as well as draw parallel lines. In any workshop, this device will never be redundant.

It is very simple to make a little one with your own hands. To do this, you can use any materials at your fingertips. Specifically, in this case, we will use metal strips for the manufacture of home-made fry.

First of all, with the help of a grinder, we cut off workpieces of a suitable length, two of which we cut at an angle of 45 degrees. In total, four elements will be required for the manufacture of malka.

The main stages of work

The first step is to make markings and drill through holes in marked places. In one of the plates, with the help of an angle grinder with a cutting disc, a longitudinal slot for a bolt needs to be cut.

At the next stage of work, we clean the cut places with a grinder, after which we connect two long and one short metal plates to each other by welding.

Then it remains only to connect the resulting workpiece with the remaining plate with a slot with a bolt. The cap of the bolt must be welded to the plate. We wind the wing nut onto the threaded part of the bolt - you can use ordinary steel or plastic.
