In order for the circular saw to be movable, you can fix it on the door hinge. The return mechanism is implemented quite simply - by installing a spring on an additional block, which is bolted to the base.
In order to be able to saw the workpieces at different angles, a movable block is installed on the plywood surface, which can be rotated and fixed with a specially provided wing nut.
