The main stages of work
First of all, you need to cut off the ring from a piece of water pipe. We process the workpiece on an emery or grinding machine.
We press one bearing into the ring. Then it must be pressed into the hole in the washer. Thus, one part of the bearing will be in the washer, the second in the ring.
After that, we press the second bearing into the ring, and put the second washer on top of it. Both washers must be welded to the ring.
At the last stage, it remains only to process the groove in a makeshift roller with a grinder and a file for metal, giving it the necessary shape.
