Of the basic materials, two pieces of plywood, wooden blocks, a lath and two loops will be required.
First of all, you need to saw off two pieces of plywood: the base and the upper clamping part. The base should be slightly longer.
The main stages of work
In the next step, we connect the base and the upper part of the device using two loops.
We cut three pieces from a wooden bar, and assemble the handle holder from them. We fasten to the base. The author glues another piece of plywood to the top.
After that, we cut the handle of the required length from the wooden battens, and fasten it with a bolt and nut.
The fixture is ready. The author decided to cover the mount for the handle and the handle itself with mineral oil. Although, in principle, this is not necessary.
We put a ball of dough on the base, then cover it with the upper clamping part, and press down with a handle. Just a couple of seconds, and the cake is ready. Very simple, fast and convenient.
