In hollow blocks or bricks to hammer an ordinary dowel will not work. More precisely, it is possible to hammer it, of course, but such fasteners will be unreliable.

But what if, for example, you want to pull a clothesline between the walls, and your walls are made of bricks or blocks with voids inside?

In this case, it remains only to "chemical" something with your own hands. We will do something similar to a chemical anchor.

Please note that the author makes this fastener purely so that you can pull the clothesline. However, for other purposes, it will also work.

The main stages of work

First of all, we cut the pieces of the required size from the reinforcement bar, and then weld the blanks in the shape of the letter "T" from them.

Next, we cut off the rings from the metal pipe. They will need to be welded to previously manufactured parts.

Now a little dirty work - you need to mix cement-sand mortar. In this case, the solution will act as a filler.

Using a hammer, we make holes of the desired diameter in the blocks, and fill them with a solution. We insert the fasteners into the solution.

As you can see - nothing complicated. In any situation, you can find a way out.
