With this home-made tool, not only sheet metal blanks, but also strips or plates can be bent at an angle of 45 and 90 degrees. The main thing is that the vise be powerful.
First of all, it is necessary to cut off two equal length corners. At the edges you need to make cuts in one of the walls - under the loop. Then hinges are welded to the corners. The seams will need to be brushed.
The main stages of work
After the main part of the structure is welded, you can proceed to the manufacture of other additional elements. It is necessary to cut another piece of the corner, make cutouts with a grinder, drill holes in it and attach it to the main structure using bolts with nuts.
At the last stage of work, it remains only to weld a profile pipe in the center of the main corner. She will act as a lever. And for this, a profile of 20 * 20 mm is suitable, which will conveniently lie in the hand.
Then the homemade listogib is installed in a bench vise, and you can begin to work. If desired, the device can be painted.
