If you need to quickly cut workpieces made of metal or wood, then it is most convenient to use an angle grinder stationary. In order not to fence massive metalwork on the desktop, you can use the simplest mounting option for a small grinder.

To make a table mount for angle grinders, you will need a small piece of a steel plate with a thickness of about 3-4 mm (with dimensions 120x100 mm), as well as a narrow section of the plate that needs to be welded to the base.

On the edges of a wide plate on a drilling machine or using an electric drill, we drill four through holes. Then, on a narrow plate, it is necessary to weld a segment of the stud with two nuts, which will act as a rotary loop.

Step-by-step work process

At the next stage, you need to cut two plates and drill one hole in them - they will be used as "ears". Fasten the plate with bolts to the gear housing of the angle grinder. Then we weld to them a "jumper" from the third plate.

Then it remains only to weld the “ears” with a jumper to the rotary loop on the base, after which we clean the places of the welds with a petal circle. The result was a simple mount, which we screw on the table to the screws.

Details on how to make the easiest mounting option for a small grinder can be found in the video on the website.
