The standard idea and the most non-standard embodiment of this idea into reality, the solution of an ordinary problem in an original way - is the life of a creative person. A made openwork basket can be a wonderful decoration of the kitchen interior and cute to please the eye.
To make such beauty, we need:
• notebook sheets;
• sharp knife;
• knitting needle;
• glue;
• a bowl of the desired shape;
• gouache paint.
Stages of the work:
1. To make this craft, we will use blank sheets of notebooks. You can, of course, take the scribbled ones if you plan to paint them later, or in order to save. We took clean, as there is a supply.

2. So ... Double notebook sheet must be cut with a sharp knife into four identical strips of workpiece.

3. Make the required number of strips.

4. Now using the knitting needles from the strips we make tubules for weaving. The smaller the angle, the more successful and stronger the tube will be.

5. The tip is fixed with glue.

6. The required number of tubes is cooked.

7. Start weaving. For the basics, we need 8 tubes. Fold them in 4 crosses.

8. Glue two tubes by inserting the thin end into the thick one.

9. Let the resulting long tube dry. Next, bend it in half, making a loop.

10. Now put on a loop on any 4 tubes.

11. By interlocking the two ends of the working tube, we bring them to the next four.

12. Continue in a circle. Thus we make two rows.

13. If the tubes end, we increase, as in the manufacture of the loop.

14. Starting from the third row, we begin weaving every 2 tubes.

15. Thus weave two more rows. We make sure that there is the same distance between the tubes.

16. From the fifth row weave through each tube.

17. Then weave as many rows as we want to see the bottom of our future basket.

18. The bottom is ready.

19. Now we take a bowl, turn it upside down, put the bottom of the basket on it, raise the straws.

20. To prevent anything from going sideways, you can fix several tubes with clothespins.

21. We braid the bowl to the place where we want to insert the pattern.

22. Now take the tube and gently flatten it.

23. We wind the flattened tube onto the spoke to the very end.

24. Remove from the knitting needle, glue the inner and outer ends and get a coil using quilling technique.

25. We make a few more such turns.

26. We attach to each coil the desired shape.

27. Insert the curls into the weave, fixing with glue.

28. Next, insert the tubes and continue to weave to the desired height of the basket.

29. Now it is necessary to make a small pigtail, thereby ending the weaving. We lightly wet all the straw tubes so that they do not burst during weaving.

30. Take the first little stand, start the second and bring out; the second little post for the third and bring out; so to the end in a circle.

31. We fill the last rack in the first loop.

32. We begin the second row. We take any little stand and refuel it for the first little stand, put it inside, so to the end in a circle.

33. Gently coat with glue droplets of the joint, let dry.

34. The edges are cut after the glue dries.

35. Now we paint a small basket.

36. The last stage - varnishing for gloss and durability. The openwork basket is ready.
