Cooking Toothy Dessert
It will take 2 days to prepare this dessert, so you should prepare in advance. Begin with gums.
Pour 1/4 cup cold water into the pan, add 1/2 gelatin. Leave on for 5-10 minutes for the gelatin to react. Add red gelatin and mix well. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and place on a stove over a small fire. Do not boil.
Once the gelatin has dissolved, you need to add a little condensed milk, the more milk there is in the pan, the brighter the final product will be.
Repeat the same for the portion of gelatin from which the teeth will be formed, but not with colored gelatin, but with transparent with the addition of condensed milk. Get two blanks with multi-colored masses.
Remove the pan from the heat, and pour the liquid into the microwave bowl, cool to room temperature. Lubricate the silicone mold with sunflower oil. When the gelatin has cooled, use a small spoon or pipette to transfer a little white gelatin to the mold, filling in the part where the teeth should be.
Put the mold in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes to freeze the gelatin. After that, apply a thin layer of pink gelatin, cool again. Next, pour pink gelatin from the pan to completely fill the silicone mold. If the gelatin does not harden in layers, then the layers will mix, and the appearance of the dessert will be ruined. After the forms are completely filled, place them in the refrigerator for another 60 minutes. Repeat the procedure until gelatin is over. From the specified number, 16-18 jaws should be obtained.
Now that gelatin teeth are ready, they need a shell.
Dilute 4 packs of gelatin in 4 cups of cold water, heat the mass on the stove. Leave the gelatin to swell (for 5-10 minutes).
Add 4 cups of boiling water and 2-3 cups of sugar. Here it is necessary to check the sweetness as someone likes a sweeter shell, someone the other way around. The finished mass is boiled for another 5-10 minutes. It is necessary to warm the mass well, but do not bring it to a boil.
Once the mixture is smooth and transparent, add 2 teaspoons of citric acid and remove from heat.
Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Half the mixture must be poured into a semicircular shape for the microwave and cooled in the refrigerator. As soon as the mixture becomes sour cream in consistency, put the jaw blanks on it and pour out the remaining gelatin. Cool the dessert again. If you overexpose the transparent layer in the refrigerator, you will not be able to nicely place the dentures. And if you start spreading them too early, the dentures will sink to the bottom and spoil the appearance of the dessert. Lay out the jaws layer by layer, alternating them with transparent layers of gelatin. The last layer should be clear gelatin.
Cover the mold with cling film and place the dessert for 6-8 hours in the refrigerator. So the gelatin will finally harden.
Due to the fact that the mold was smeared with sunflower oil, the dessert will be easy to extract.
Enjoy the resulting masterpiece, and catch the surprised looks of your neighbors or work colleagues. Bon Appetit.
Rejoice and surprise your friends and acquaintances, do this for your colleagues at work, and good reviews are provided to you.
